- Winemaking Techniques: Handpicked grapes, destemmed and crushed, undergo fermentations lasting 25/30 days, followed by aging for 18 months in barriques and an additional 12 months in the bottle.
- Organoleptic Characteristics: Deep purple-red color with hints of sour cherry, red fruit jam, and a light spiciness. The taste is full-bodied, balanced, with soft tannins and an intense finish of red fruits, coffee, cocoa, and spices.
